Keemo Paul Earlier Life:

Keemo Paul was born on February 21, 1998 (age 49 Years) in Guyana. His father name is David Paul and mother name is Rita Paul. He has two sisters named Candy Paul and Keon Paul. His brother name is David Jr Paul. Stay tuned here for more details about his early life.

Keemo Paul came from Saxacalli, an agriculture island in Guyana, where he did not have a proper pitch to practice nor a proper track to run. Still, he kept himself fit and turned out his dream into a reality.

Paul made his List A debut for West Indies Under-19s team against Trinidad & Tobago in the Nagico Super50 tournament on January 16, 2015. In the same, year Keemo had been named in the West Indies U-19 squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.

During that tournament, he faced a lot of criticism for mankading a Zimbabwe batsman in the final group stage game. Eventually, the West Indies U-19 team won their first Under-19 Cricket World Cup and Paul finished the season with 7 scalps and scored 166 runs with the winning hit as well.

Keemo made his first-class debut for Guyana against Trinidad & Tobago on 17 March 2017, in the Regional Four Day Tournament 2016-17. He made his T20 debut for Guyana Amazon Warriors at Lauderhill on August 5, 2017, in the 2017 Caribbean Premier League.

In the 2018 World Cup Qualifier tournament which was held in Zimbabwe, Paul had been added in the West Indies squad as a replacement for injured Sheldon Cottrell and made his One Day International debut against Afghanistan on 15 March 2018.

He made his T20I debut in the West Indies tour of Pakistan at Karachi on April 1, 2018. In the same year, he made his Test debut against Bangladesh at Kingston.

In the 2018 IPL Auction, Delhi Capitals bought him at his base price of Rs. 50lakhs ahead of the IPL 2019. On 12 July 2018, he made his Test Debut against Bangladesh at Kingston.
